Roles & Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end GIS architecture and solutions on the ESRI platform.
• Analyze legacy GIS data/models and map functionalities to ESRI UNM.
• Develop and implement UNM-compliant data models and workflows.
• Configure UNM feature classes, rules, and associations using ArcGIS Pro/Enterprise.
• Design and implement viewing, editing, and analysis workflows with ArcFM.
• Conduct gap analysis between existing and UNM data models.
• Support data migration, transformation, and validation processes.
• Collaborate with GIS analysts, DBAs, and stakeholders for accurate asset representation.
• Create technical documentation, SOPs, and data dictionaries for UNM.
• Provide expertise on best practices and tools for gas distribution network management.
• Participate in Agile development and stakeholder workshops.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with ESRI GIS platforms.
• Proven experience in ESRI Utility Network Model design, configuration, and deployment.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, and Schneider ArcFM suite.
• Strong hands-on experience with ESRI Geodatabases (Oracle/MS SQL Server).
• Domain expertise in gas distribution/transmission systems and network connectivity.
