Primary Responsibilities

• Lead Finance workstream within ERP transformation, aligning to business goals and timelines
• Manage concurrent projects, including AP/AR and future-state finance systems
• Act as liaison between Finance and IT; ensure accountability and transparency
• Oversee vendor contracts, budgets, and deliverables
• Maintain finance operations during transformation
• Apply service-oriented architecture principles across finance systems
• Drive planning, risk management, and executive communication
• Ensure vendors deliver on quality, scope, and value

Required Qualifications

• 10–15 years in program/project management, with a focus on Finance and ERP
• Proven success leading ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle NetSuite preferred)
• Deep understanding of finance operations (AP, AR, accounting)
• Experience managing large, multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and communication skills
• Regulated industry or life sciences experience is a plus
• PMP, Agile, or similar certifications preferred
