Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and transformation projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are met within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements and bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• Oversee the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM), ensuring best practices and process standardization.
• Drive change management strategies, including user training, adoption, and the creation of supporting materials.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Provide post-implementation support, continuously improving system performance and collaborating with IT teams for issue resolution and upgrades.
• Provide regular updates to executive sponsors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation and management, with at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale ERP transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP modules (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM) and system integration.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• EPC domain experience is a plus.
