We are seeking an experienced ERP Technical Program Manager with deep expertise in Oracle ERP to lead and coordinate a new technical workstream within our enterprise transformation program. The ideal candidate understands ERP technical architecture, system integrations, and cross-platform dependencies, and can build comprehensive technical plans that mitigate risk and support successful delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead a new technical workstream within the ERP program, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
- Build, maintain, and manage detailed technical program plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks early across all technical components.
- Coordinate with technical teams, architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
- Develop end-to-end technical plans, including architecture, integrations, testing, data migration, and deployment activities.
- Analyze and manage dependencies across Oracle SaaS, Oracle PaaS, and related systems.
- Ensure a clear understanding of integration patterns, workflows, and constraints between platforms.
- Oversee integration work involving Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and MuleSoft, ensuring quality and alignment with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with Oracle functional leads, technical architects, developers, middleware teams, and external vendors.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams to ensure transparency and timely decision-making.
- Drive alignment across teams to ensure integration readiness, quality assurance, and deployment success.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of technical program or project management experience, including ERP implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ERP (SaaS and PaaS) is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing complex ERP integrations, technical dependencies, and data flows.
- In-depth understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and MuleSoft integration frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to create detailed, actionable technical project plans.
- Strong risk management capabilities and experience handling technical escalations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and planning skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and new workstreams.
