Duties

• Utilize development tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• Create, manage, and test web services/APIs, focusing on integrating with third-party vendor solutions.
• Use analytics tools (Power BI, SSRS) to develop reports and deliver data insights.
• Implement solutions that automate manual processes and optimize workflows to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Conduct requirements analysis and write software requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
• Monitor database performance, applying patches and version updates.
• Perform application implementation and maintenance tasks, ensuring software and hardware requirements are met, installing client/server software, upgrading software, and managing database connections and user rights.
• Assist users with configuration and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or database design and support.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Server, SQL Server, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, and IIS.
• Experience supporting ERP systems.
• Proficient in SQL (queries, reports, stored procedures).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in supporting and training end-users.
• Skills in SQL, C#, PowerShell, SFTP, NTFS, SSRS, VMware, Azure, Active Directory, SMTP, SSL Certs, and PGP Encryption.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment.
