ERP Cutover Lead – Oracle Fusion Programs

Required Experience

• 10+ years of experience in ERP implementation programs
• Proven hands-on experience in cutover planning, strategy, and execution for Oracle Fusion or other large-scale ERP programs
• Strong understanding of end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including:
  • Data migration cycles and reconciliation processes
  • Integration testing phases including CRP (Conference Room Pilots), SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Experience managing complex interdependencies across multiple workstreams (functional, technical, data, testing, infrastructure)
• Strong leadership experience in time-critical, high-pressure go-live and hypercare environments

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including:
  • Finance
  • HCM (Human Capital Management)
  • Oracle Field Service
  • Project Portfolio Management (PPM / Projects)
• Exposure to Construction / EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) industry transformation programs
• Experience working in multi-vendor delivery environments involving SI partners, offshore teams, and client stakeholders
• Experience in large-scale digital transformation or global ERP rollout programs

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and own the overall cutover strategy, approach, and detailed cutover plan
• Coordinate cutover readiness across all workstreams (data, integrations, testing, infrastructure, business)
• Define and manage cutover runbook, task sequencing, and dependencies
• Lead cutover rehearsals and mock go-live activities
• Ensure successful execution of production cutover and transition to hypercare
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting go-live readiness and execution timelines
• Act as the central point of coordination during go-live, ensuring clear communication across stakeholders
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management during cutover execution
