Summary
Seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to support SAP FS-CD and FI/CO solutions, with responsibility for requirements gathering, business process analysis, system configuration, testing, and production support. The role partners with business and technical teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions, optimize processes, and ensure successful implementation of financial and billing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create business process flows, functional specifications, and test plans.
- Configure and support SAP FS-CD and FI/CO modules, including billing and financial processes.
- Coordinate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and support production environments.
- Ensure ERP security, controls, and compliance requirements are met.
- Promote standard ERP processes and minimize unnecessary customizations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of SAP FS-CD/FI-CO implementation and support experience.
- Experience with full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Strong knowledge of financial operations, billing processes, and ERP best practices.
- Experience integrating SAP FS-CD with FI/CO and related modules.
- Skilled in requirements analysis, solution design, testing, and process optimization.
- Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office, and project collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Master's degree or advanced certifications.
