We are seeking an experienced EQMS Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment and integration of electronic quality management systems (eQMS). The ideal candidate will have expertise in eQMS implementations, quality processes, and IT interfaces, with strong project management and communication skills. This role involves collaborating with quality teams, IT, and global stakeholders to ensure the success of eQMS projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end eQMS implementation, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
- Work cross-functionally with quality, IT, and global teams to gather requirements and ensure integration.
- Design global architectures to support manufacturing operations.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure third-party solutions are integrated successfully.
- Troubleshoot issues and drive proactive resolutions to maintain project momentum.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to eQMS deployment and training.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in eQMS implementation and understanding of quality processes.
- Strong experience with IT interfaces and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage complex timelines and deliverables.
- Global architecture experience and supporting global manufacturing operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and vendor management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automating manufacturing processes and supporting global manufacturing.
- Familiarity with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA).
- Experience with eQMS platforms (e.g., MasterControl, Veeva Vault QMS).
