Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance EPM applications while concurrently managing support items.
• Take ownership of and resolve P1, P2, and P3 incidents in a timely manner.
• Ensure successful completion and troubleshooting of month-end forecast jobs.
• Adhere to response and restoration SLAs for incidents (P1/P2/P3/P4/P5) occurring during CST business hours.
• Provide extended hours support for critical incidents (P1/P2 and escalated P3) as required.
• Collaborate with FP&A teams and other stakeholder departments to address problems, incidents, and enhancement requests.
• Analyze complex user requirements and design creative, effective solutions.

• Proven experience in EPM systems, including development, support, and incident management.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to provide extended support during critical incidents.
• Ability to implement innovative solutions to meet complex business needs.

Preferred

• Prior experience handling month-end forecasting processes in an EPM environment.
• Familiarity with FP&A processes and stakeholder management.
