Job Description
Role Description

An EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Functional Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing EPM solutions to meet the needs of the organization. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business requirements, analyzing existing processes, and configuring EPM software to streamline financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

  • Deliver high level solution architecture and translating business requirements into technical design. 
  • Ability to lead Show & Tell sessions / Conduct conference room pilots (CRPs) with relevant business SMEs & IT stakeholders.
  • Complete understanding of Oracle EPM suite and reporting tools such as FRS and SmartView. 
  • PCMCS DM inbound & outbound integration experience is an advantage.
  • Writing Functional specs and converting them to technical design 
  • Developing documentation and guidelines for EPM implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitoring and optimizing EPM processes to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Staying current on industry trends and advancements in EPM technology to provide innovative solutions for clients.

 

Qualifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of IT experience is preferred. 
  • Experience with atleast Oracle EPM modules PCMCS / EPBCS / ARCS/ EDMCS where implementing full end to end medium to large scale complex allocation process.
  • Sound knowledge on All Oracle EPM Planning Cloud modules (Finance, Workforce , Capex and Project ) Building model and creation of the rules and test them
  • Experience in design & Implementation of PCMCS security.
  • Experience in validating the allocation process, able to create trace allocation SV/FR reports 
  • Expertise in analyzing requirements. 
  • Excellent communication skills with dynamic personality to connect with the client senior management. 
  • Should have prior experience in end to end Financial Cloud transformation & implementation for large scale enterprises.
