Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements to the Epicor ERP system.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Epicor's tools and technologies (like BAQ reports, BPMs, Ice script, and .NET assemblies).
• Configure Epicor ERP modules (like Inventory Control, Sales Order Processing, and Manufacturing) to align with the specific needs of the organization.
• Integrate Epicor ERP with other software applications (PLM, CRM) using APIs to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Develop automated workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Provide technical support to users for troubleshooting issues related to Epicor functionalities and customizations.
• Maintain and update existing customizations to ensure they function properly with new Epicor releases and business requirements.
• Identify and resolve bugs or errors within custom code.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• 8+  years of experience working with Epicor 10 and Epicor 10.1.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Production Management including MRP and Job Costing.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain including Purchasing, Inventory Management and Advanced Management Module.
• Knowledge of Sales Cycle including Sales Management, Fulfilment Workbench and
  Pricing.
• Knowledge of Engineering Life Cycle.
  
• Digital Transaction Management, Dashboard, BPM and customisation knowledge.
