Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT resources to understand business needs, define project scope, and provide recommendations for system improvements.
  • Oversee and coordinate the integration of new programs, managing the upgrade process and ensuring seamless communication between departments and IT resources.
  • Assist with server refreshment and application refreshment initiatives, including managing professional services contracts and working with clients on budget planning for IT resources and applications.
  • Lead the development and execution of EOL planning, ensuring that legacy systems are appropriately phased out and replaced with updated technologies.
  • Provide support in the design, testing, and planning of new application modules and functionality to enhance system capabilities.
  • Effectively manage multiple, simultaneous projects, balancing priorities and ensuring high-quality support for production environments.
  • Oversee third-party application maintenance and integration with Epic and Cerner systems to ensure smooth interoperability.
 
Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of strategic planning and business analysis experience within healthcare, specifically for imaging applications in Cardiology, Radiology, and other specialties.
  • Extensive experience managing and coordinating EPIC implementations and integration with Epic and Cerner systems.
  • Strong understanding of the integration of third-party applications into healthcare systems, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage server refreshment, application upgrades, and the budget planning process with clients.
  • Experience in managing End-of-Life (EOL) planning and the implementation of new modules or systems to enhance functionality.
  • Solid understanding of project planning and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to production.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues related to system integration and application performance
