Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle Epic implementation activities, including build, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Lead and support Grand Central and Prelude build, focusing on front-end and patient access workflows.
• Design, build, and explain Epic Dashboards, including training end users on functionality and usage.
• Configure and manage Bed Planning security, including templates and patient classifications.
• Support and configure Epic Rover, including planning, setup, and workflow support.
• Support patient movement workflows, ensuring smooth admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Configure and support Epic E-Signature workflows.
• Support device integrations related to patient access and movement.
• Work with and support Transfer Center workflows.
• Provide application support coverage as needed during and after implementation.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure Epic workflows meet business needs.

Required Qualifications

• Epic Grand Central and Prelude Certification (both required).
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle Epic implementation experience.
• Strong experience in Epic build and configuration (implementation-focused role).
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Epic Dashboards (build, explanation, and training)
  • Bed Planning security (templates and classifications)
  • Epic Rover
  • E-Signature workflows
  • Device integration
  • Transfer Center workflows
• Strong understanding of patient movement and front-end Epic workflows.
• Experience supporting production and post-go-live activities.
