Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and execute enhancements within the Epic Cupid module, including design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with clinical teams to optimize workflows, improving system usability and reducing manual processes.
• Support third-party integration with cardiology systems such as Epiphany (ECG) and hemodynamic systems (e.g., GE Sensis, Philips Xper).
• Manage small-scale projects (2–3 hours each) independently to help reduce backlog.
• Assist with structured reporting initiatives, including data mapping and registry transitions (e.g., CathPCI).

Required Qualifications

• Current Epic Cupid Certification.
• Experience supporting both invasive and non-invasive cardiology workflows.
• Strong background in third-party cardiology systems (e.g., Epiphany, hemodynamic platforms).
• Proficiency in structured reporting, data mapping, and registry support.
• Self-directed with the ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of requests.
• Excellent communication skills; able to translate clinical needs into technical solutions.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Mac Lab/Cardio Lab systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems for request tracking and workflow management.
• Prior experience supporting Epic Go-Lives and optimization projects at large health systems.
