We are seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Analyst to support the design, build, configuration, testing, and maintenance of EpicCare Ambulatory and outpatient clinical applications. The role will collaborate with end users and stakeholders to implement workflows, enhancements, upgrades, and application solutions while providing ongoing production support.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, test, and support EpicCare Ambulatory workflows.
- Collaborate with end users to analyze requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Lead small to medium Epic upgrades and workflow enhancement initiatives.
- Participate in design, validation, unit, system, and integrated testing.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Perform application monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Develop and maintain system build, design, and training documentation.
- Support Epic releases, workflow changes, and application incidents, including on-call coverage as required.
- Work with trainers to develop and maintain application-specific training materials.
- Analyze workflows, data, reports, and technical issues to recommend solutions.
- Follow system configuration and change-control standards and collaborate with key stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of Epic application experience.
- Active/current Epic Ambulatory certification.
- Completed Epic CEE (Continued Epic Education) requirements.
- Strong experience with Epic Ambulatory application build, configuration, testing, support, and training.
- Knowledge of outpatient clinical workflows.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
