Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strategic mindset and a comprehensive understanding of the big picture across multi-year horizons, delivering insights with superior communication and presentation skills.
• Optimize delivery timeframes by implementing LEAN methodologies, eliminating waste, and reducing lead time to value.
• Ensure continuity of discussions by providing top-down, long-term customer architectural viewpoints to maintain persistent alignment across the organization.
• Drive development and standardization of key EA artifacts and templates, thereby establishing familiarity and credibility of EA deliverables
• Advocate and drive adoption of architecture patterns, design principles, and leading practices including microservices, containerization, and DevSecOps to ensure standards-based architectures across the enterprise as ZNA continues its cloud journey with Azure and AWS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on technical solutions and strategic planning.
• 8+ years of experience in roles creating architecture and strategy, performing business analysis, or experience as an Enterprise Architect.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in LEAN methodologies and experience in driving process optimization initiatives.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to envision long-term architectural goals and translate them into actionable plans.
• Experience working in a collaborative environment and the ability to build consensus among cross-functional teams.
• Well-organized with the ability to multi-task and work with minimum supervision with quick learning skills.
