Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Active Directory, Azure AD, and hybrid identity services.
• Lead authentication technologies including MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and identity integrations (SAML/OAuth/OIDC).
• Oversee Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online operations and user lifecycle management.
• Maintain GPOs, endpoint configuration baselines, and Intune/MEM policies.
• Ensure security, auditing, and compliance with SOX, HIPAA, and ISO 27001.
• Drive automation, process improvement, and operational excellence.
• Lead and mentor the identity & collaboration engineering team; provide 24x7 operational oversight.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex IAM, M365, and endpoint issues.

Required Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments with a focus on IAM, collaboration tools, or endpoint management.
• Expert-level experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Azure AD Connect.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration stack (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online).
• Hands-on experience with Intune/MEM, GPOs, and endpoint configuration management.
• Deep understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), Conditional Access, and hybrid identity.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage mission-critical operations.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or similar scripting tools for automation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud architecture certifications (Microsoft Identity Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect, or similar).
• Experience supporting regulated industries requiring SOX, HIPAA, or ISO 27001 controls.
• Background in zero-trust architecture and modern identity governance principles.
• Experience leading transformational initiatives such as domain consolidation or cloud migrations.
