Key Responsibilities

• Lead user research (qualitative & quantitative) to provide actionable insights and guide business strategies.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to align user needs with product roadmaps and business priorities.
• Drive design recommendations by integrating user insights and supporting creative teams with clear direction.
• Present data-driven insights and solutions to senior leadership using compelling storytelling.
• Use Design Thinking and Agile methods to drive projects, from strategy to scalable solutions.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration and the voice of the customer to bridge silos.
• Inspire innovation and user-centered solutions that align with strategic business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic research or consulting (creative strategy, usability research, management consulting).
• Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence teams and senior stakeholders through exceptional communication and storytelling.
• Experience with Design Thinking, product design strategy, and innovation teams.
• Strong understanding of cultural, competitive, and customer insights.
• Finance or Corporate & Investment Banking experience a plus.
• Product design, strategy, or development experience a plus
