Required Qualifications

• Extensive Enterprise IT Audit experience, with a strong focus on SOX compliance.
• Proven track record in Big 4 Audit environments.
• Prior experience with SOX control implementation specifically tied to CI/CD pipelines is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Expertise in designing, implementing, and validating controls to ensure compliance within automated development workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Deep understanding of separation of duties, change management, audit trails, and automated evidence collection.
• Experience partnering with auditors and stakeholders to demonstrate compliance of CI/CD platforms.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into technical controls and maintain compliance documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead SOX compliance efforts across enterprise-wide CI/CD workflows, ensuring all controls related to change management, separation of duties, and audit trail integrity are properly implemented.
• Design and validate effective controls that enable seamless automation while maintaining compliance standards.
• Automate evidence collection and compliance reporting to streamline audit processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide comprehensive compliance demonstrations and support audit defense.
• Map regulatory requirements to technical controls and partner with development teams to integrate compliance without hindering agility.
• Maintain a meticulous approach to documentation, audit trails, and control effectiveness.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on IT compliance within the CI/CD and enterprise infrastructure environment.
