• Group supports both technology and business architecture needs across multiple organizations HR, Risk Management, Governance, etc.
• Currently modernizing Human Capital Management tool – Migrating HCM platform to Workday
• Transitioning from current HCM to Workday.
• Experience with Workday Modules – HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, etc.
• Experience in Workday Security, Integration, etc.
• Strong AWS exp is needed as all these platforms are in AWS environment.
• More of an AWS Solutions Architect with strong Workday exp
• Development background will be helpful – no hands-on development work will be done.
• Will be working with Application Teams to build interactions with Workday.
• Human Capital Management Modules – Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Time Tracking, etc.
• AWS – EC2, S3, Lambda, Step Functions, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Athena, Glue, SageMaker, Redshift, RDS, etc.
