Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead the Architecture and design of business and tech initiatives related to personalization across different systems and applications including 
• Ecommerce (Search, Browse, Cart, Checkout), Web/Mobile, Digital Marketing and Retail Systems.
  
• Lead vendor selection for the new technologies, tools, and capabilities. Define selection criteria, RFI, RFP, and RFQ, and make relevant vendor and product choices
  
• As the Personalization SME, spearhead all facets of  Personalization Initiatives
  
• Drive innovation in the Personalization space (Cloud Adoption, Microservices, Omni-Channel and marketing platforms, Machine Learning and
• Artificial Intelligence)

Qualifications/Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Digital and E-Commerce space (E-Commerce, Web Architecture, Order Management Systems, Loyalty, Digital Marketing).
• Highly experienced in architecting modern architectures based on Cloud and Microservices.
• Extensive knowledge and proven experience with existing Digital, E-Commerce, and Web technologies and tools (E-Commerce Platforms, Digital Marketing Tools, Search, and Personalization).
• Experience with next-generation technologies to build digital experiences and capabilities is desired (AI, ML).
  
• Experience with one or more public clouds MS Azure, AWS, GCP.
  
• Experience with a modern microservices architecture using Service Mesh, API Gateways, and Native Cloud Technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
