Core Responsibilities

• Provide direction and guidance on enterprise architecture, including designing and implementing distributed applications and solutions.
• Create architecture diagrams, documents, and presentations to support enterprise initiatives.
• Develop enterprise API architectures, solutions, and strategies.
• Design and implement distributed data architectures, including RDBMS, NoSQL, and Big Data principles.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security principles and standards.
• Architect solutions for On-Prem, Cloud (AWS, GCP), and Hybrid environments.
• Lead POCs and engage in hands-on system solution design based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define business principles, goals, and strategies.
• Communicate strategy direction and changes to senior leadership.
• Experience with enterprise frameworks like TOGAF, Agile, Kanban, and CICD/LEAN development models is a plus.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise/Solution/Data Architecture, with at least 3 years of experience in Amex Technology (preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience in distributed application architectures and API strategy development.
• Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, GCP) and deployment architectures (On-Prem, Hybrid).
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise security principles and technologies.
• Experience designing with microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
