We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect (Hands-On) with at least 16+ years of experience in enterprise architecture within the banking and financial services domain. This role demands deep technical expertise in Java, Python, cloud-native technologies, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing scalable, resilient solutions and guiding engineering teams in architecture best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise-grade platforms with a focus on high throughput and low latency systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to define end-to-end architecture, solution blueprints, and technology strategies.
• Deliver hands-on Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical demonstrations.
• Guide and mentor development teams on architectural patterns, standards, and best practices.
• Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native solutions using OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Leverage event-driven architectures and streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka and Apache Flink.
• Design systems that support observability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
• Support integration of managed services and analytics environments into the enterprise platform ecosystem.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and trends relevant to enterprise architecture.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• 16+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise architecture roles.
• Strong programming background in Java and Python.
• Proven expertise in containerized environments: OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Deep understanding of distributed computing and data streaming platforms: Apache Flink, Apache Kafka.
• Experience designing solutions in configuration-driven enterprise platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to define and drive architectural vision, and secure stakeholder alignment.
• Experience working with managed analytics environments and their integration into enterprise systems.
• Ability to define and implement observability requirements and designs.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
