Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of AI/ML programs
• Partner with business leaders to define high-value AI use cases
• Coordinate data science, engineering, product, and operations teams
• Ensure production readiness, scalability, and MLOps best practices
• Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, and Responsible AI standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years of experience in technology delivery, with 3+ years leading AI/ML initiatives in an enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data platforms, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional programs at scale
• Experience with agile, product-centric, or hybrid delivery models

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and practices
• Familiarity with enterprise data architectures, APIs, and integration patterns
• Experience implementing AI governance or Responsible AI frameworks
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Background in consulting, digital transformation, or platform delivery
