Job Description


  • Achievement of your annual sales booking goal.
  • Create lead generation by creative and aggressive prospecting within the company customer base as listed in Salesforce.
  • Support the increase of Managed Services for existing base customers that are not already supported by the company’s Service and MVE teams.
  • Proactively review existing inactive customer relationships and look for opportunities to upsell services.
  • Pursue transactional (Box) sales opportunities.
  • Become familiar with and support the necessary tasks required to maintain and develop unassigned customers in Salesforce.



  • Compile marketing proposal binders, presentations and PDF overviews that properly illustrate the company’s experience, portfolio, and strengths for specific opportunities.
  • Direct customer engagement for existing customer relationship development
  • Participate in Customer presentations and Customer quarterly business reviews.
  • Participate in current key manufacturer training and review literature to competently present effective solutions to clients.
  • When relevant to existing customer base targets, effectively review bid specifications, properly outlining the company’s requirements, deadlines, and risks.
  • Provide support ensuring that engineering requests and deadlines are met.
  • Support the Order Processing submission process, which could require compiling a complete package for successful proposals, consisting of detailed customer pricing and associated costs that matches the customer contract and/or purchase order.
  • On-Going development and management of maintaining current sales pipeline, and monthly and (90) day sales forecasts.
  • Follow up and develop incoming leads assignments.
  • Other responsibilities as determined.



  • A minimum of one (2) years of sales experience preferred with managing high profile client relationships.
  • A minimum of one, (2) years in the audiovisual, videoconferencing or broadcast fields, or similar technology experience.
  • Excellent customer communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to market and develop business opportunities with limited support or daily direction.
  • A strong familiarity of the local marketplace for the company’s targeted product and services.
  • Preferred familiarity with commercial audiovisual, videoconferencing, collaboration solutions and broadcast equipment manufacturers.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Project, Internet, etc.
  • Specific aptitude with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to sort, cut, paste, produce formulas, and convert company data to client or consultant specified formats.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Good math skills, including calculation of gross profit margins and markup.
  • Demonstrate Teamwork and apply to your day-to-day activities.
  • Self-sufficient, self-motivated, organized, dependable and punctual.
  • Professional demeanor and good people skills including the ability to interact well with customers, office personnel, field technicians, project managers, vendors, management, etc.
  • Excellent work ethic and dedication to schedule commitments.
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree preferred. Associate degree with extensive industry experience will be considered.
