Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end execution of large-scale, complex engineering programs across multiple teams and geographic locations.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering leadership, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define program goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Manage program planning activities including roadmapping, resource allocation, timeline definition, and risk management.
  • Establish and implement organization-wide processes that improve efficiency and program transparency.
  • Track and report on program status, dependencies, issues, and risks to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continual improvement of Agile practices across teams.
  • Manage full-stack implementation projects, including coordination of CI/CD pipelines, microservices, APIs, and GitHub-based workflows.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across engineering and product teams.

 

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on program management experience in technical or engineering environments.
  • Proven ability to manage high-impact, large-scale programs across multiple teams and locations.
  • Experience working directly with engineering leaders, technical teams, and individual contributors.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and scaling organizational processes.
  • Experience in driving full lifecycle of technical initiatives including scoping, design, development, QA, and release.
  • Strong technical knowledge of complex systems and software architectures.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the Security domain or managing security-related programs.
  • Technical background or understanding of full stack systems, CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and API integrations.
