Engineering Manager – Digital Platforms

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of ~20 frontend, backend, and API engineers
• Drive delivery, quality, system reliability, and operational excellence
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Design teams to deliver business outcomes
• Own L3 production support and issue resolution
• Lead hiring, coaching, technical guidance, and code reviews
• Simplify system architecture and improve engineering processes within Agile delivery frameworks

Required Skills

• Experience managing Digital/E-commerce/Mobile engineering teams
• Strong technical expertise in AEM, ReactJS, APIs, AWS Cloud, NodeJS/Java, Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Proven experience delivering full-stack web and Mobile App (iOS/Android) solutions end-to-end
• 4+ years of engineering management experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience with API platforms (Apigee, Kong, MuleSoft, AWS API Gateway)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, GitOps, scalable production systems, and performance optimization
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including VP/C-suite interactions
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
