Perform engine calibration activities to meet emissions, fuel economy, power, drivability, and OBD requirements.
Develop and manage calibration plans, schedules, and resources to support project milestones.
Conduct test preparation, data collection, analysis, validation, and technical reporting.
Collaborate with technicians and cross-functional engineering teams to support calibration and development activities.
Perform vehicle testing under various environmental and operating conditions, including hot, cold, and high-altitude environments.
Validate software logic, calibration values, and system performance.
Investigate technical issues and develop effective engineering solutions.
Complete required technical and operational training as needed.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in engine calibration.
Strong understanding of internal combustion engine theory and calibration processes.
Excellent driving record.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical reporting skills.
Experience with emissions, drivability, bench, or OBD calibration for conventional and/or hybrid powertrains.
Knowledge of emissions and OBD regulations across global markets.
Experience with Model-Based Design and calibration methodologies.
Programming experience with MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, Python, VBA, or similar tools.
Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
Experience working in diverse, cross-functional engineering environments.
