Key Responsibilities

• Assesses the suitability of information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaises with end users, software vendors, and programmers in order to achieve these outcomes.
•  Troubleshoot and resolve EMS system issues.
• Supporting various displays, and database environments and providing operations support, troubleshooting, integration testing, and user training.
• Uses analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology.
• Update, monitor, and maintain the reliability of the Energy Management System (EMS) application.
• Update, monitor, and maintain power system modeling, state estimator, contingency analysis, and power flow analysis supporting real-time operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Experience with Hers Rater, LEED, SSL, MATLAB, PDF, and Agile software and systems.
• Comfortable providing technical assistance and problem-solving with solid attention to detail.
• Fluent in datasets, Python, Agile, and spreadsheets.
