Roles and Responsibilities

• Customize the Endur system to align with business processes and ensure that it operates at peak performance.
• Involves setting up workflows, data structures, and user interfaces based on organizational needs.
• Create custom reports that provide actionable insights into the performance of gas and power markets.
• Perform updates, patches, and other necessary system maintenance to keep Endur functioning smoothly and in compliance with industry standards.
• Use Endur’s data to analyze market trends and performance metrics, helping to identify new opportunities or risks in the gas and power sectors.
• Work with cross-functional teams (like traders, risk managers, and finance teams) to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions within the Endur system.
• Document configurations, processes, and reporting structures to ensure knowledge is shared and that there’s a reference for future troubleshooting or training.
• Provide training on Endur functionalities, processes, and best practices to end-users and other team members to enhance system adoption.
• Keep up-to-date with changes and trends in the gas and power markets and apply this knowledge to inform the configurations and reports in Endur.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or IT.
• 6-10 years of experience working specifically with Endur systems in the gas and power industry.
• Expertise in system configuration, customization, and report generation within Endur.
• Proficiency in Endur tools for configuration and report generation.
• Strong understanding of gas and power market dynamics, including trading strategies, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities to turn complex data into actionable insights.
