Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system promptly and professionally.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or third-party vendors.
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware components.
  • Document all support activities and solutions for future reference.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of IT support processes and procedures.

 

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an End User Support Specialist or similar role in a corporate environment.
  • Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Have a strong knowledge of Mobile Device Management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Embedded OS devices, their imaging, and maintenance.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software applications.
  • IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
