Roles & Responsibilities

• Support day to day issues related to all user end point devices such as Laptops, Desktops, Cell phones etc. 
• Support Print Management Infrastructure including Print Servers, Deployment of Printers etc.
• Image devices i.e., laptops/desktops/tablets using SCCM
• Configure, install, and maintain complex software systems
• Review and resolve IT Incident and Service Requests
• Handle Office Moves/IMAC requests
• Document and maintain IT inventory
• Provide support via walk up services, phone, email or remotely
• Coordinate with various teams to resolve all technical issues with no escalation
• Collaborate with vendor support contact to resolve all issues for desktop equipment and software
• Troubleshoot Audio/Video conferencing issues in meeting rooms and on customer devices.
• Manage End User Cell phone devices using Intune/Air watch Administration tools.
• Experience supporting collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, knowledge of Teams Infrastructure
• Knowledge of ITSM tools such as Service-Now
• Responsible to make new support documents, update existing ones as needed.
• Act as bridge for Service Desk to assist them resolve issues at first contact, provide continuous training & feedback.
• Support Field Sites Remotely, Travel if needed
