Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and JAMF.
• Configure and deploy security policies for devices, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to endpoint devices and management tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and improve endpoint management processes.
• Provide technical support for endpoint-related inquiries and incidents.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and JAMF for endpoint management.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security practices and device lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Desired Skills

• Experience with additional endpoint management tools or technologies is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in endpoint management or security are a plus.
