Job Duties

• Design and release HW & SW solutions for electronic components related to vehicle functions, body controls, and body-builder-specific functions.
• Collaborate with global development teams to track platform progress and participate in discussions with Tier-1 suppliers of components.
• Adhere to Level 4 time plan activities and milestones.
• Support Body ECU installations and resolve integration issues in collaboration with the truck integration team.
• Address defect reports by following the defect resolution process.
• Document SW configurations for various variants and manage the ESW release process.
• Utilize Canalyzer tools to analyze log files and perform troubleshooting.
• Download and update software using factory, engineering, and service tools.
• Perform initial smoke tests on components before integration.
• Participate in PI planning, break down features into user stories, and track progress through sprints.
• Assist with truck troubleshooting and debugging when needed.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in embedded software development.
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Canalyzer is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially in embedded systems.
