Responsibilities

• Perform hardware testing and validation of Input/Output (I/O) modules, electrical packs, and related systems.
• Execute automated test cases and debug hardware/software issues using Visual Studio and custom test tools.
• Interpret electrical schematics and hardware documentation for validation activities.
• Document test results, generate test reports, and track issues through resolution.
• Collaborate with design, validation, and software teams to ensure functional performance and compliance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support hardware improvements or design iterations.
• Ensure all testing is compliant with industry and internal quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hardware/electrical validation and testing.
• Hands-on experience testing I/O modules, power packs, or similar electronic components.
• Strong knowledge of automation testing, Visual Studio, and debugging techniques.
• Familiarity with B47 standards or equivalent testing frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple test activities in parallel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
