Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities with a team of engineers. 
• Develop product requirements in collaboration with internal clients. 
• Liaise with suppliers on development activities. 
• Created and oversaw test plans, coordinating testing with internal and external labs. 
• Conducted project review meetings and reported outcomes to management. 
• Regularly set and conduct team meetings to assign tasks, address issues, and navigate roadblocks. 

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Proficiency with lab equipment such as Oscilloscopes and Multi-meters. 
• Experience with simulation software (e.g. SPICE, COMSOL).
• Experienced in using Project Planning tools. 
• Knowledgeable in Failure Mode Effect & Root Cause Analysis (FMEA) processes.
• Experience with specific industries or technologies (e.g. power generation, transmission, or distribution; robotics; medical devices
