Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical control panels, power distribution systems, instrumentation, and control system wiring using EPLAN Electric P8 (Version 2023 preferred).
• Select appropriate components such as circuit protectors, disconnects, sensors, PLCs, contactors, relays, VFDs, servo systems, and safety devices.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical and safety standards including NFPA 79, NEC, IEC 60204-1, UL508, ISO 13849-1, and ISO 12100.
• Develop and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and related design documentation.
• Integrate and troubleshoot control systems using Siemens, Beckhoff, and Allen-Bradley platforms.
• Configure and support communication protocols such as EtherCAT, FSoE, ProfiNet, and ProfiSafe.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation projects on time and within specifications.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and participate in design and project review meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in EPLAN Electric P8 or equivalent electrical CAD systems.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation, PLC systems, and machine safety standards.
• Hands-on experience with control system design, testing, and commissioning.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
