Technical/Functional Skills

• Proficiency in Java or Python; experience with Elastic Search and GraphDB (e.g., Neo4J, Data Stax).
• Exposure to tools like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive, Scoop, etc.
• Focus on Elastic Search service development, including query writing and optimization.
• Experience with unit testing, release procedures, and coding design documentation.
• Proficiency in version control (e.g., GIT, SVN, Mercurial).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback to improve performance.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and proficiency with debugging tools.
• Expertise in manipulating data from diverse sources (flat files, relational/non-relational databases, XML, JSON).

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Elastic Search-based applications across the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze requirements, design, develop, and deploy efficient search solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure system availability and performance.
• Document technical specifications and participate in design meetings.
• Implement IT Controls to ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Collaborate with clients and third-party partners to meet business and technology goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in domains like Financial Services or Banking.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
