Job Description

This role leads EDI and Order Management integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitates Integration Projects: Plans and executes integration initiatives between various systems and platforms.
  • Conducts System Analysis: Evaluates existing systems to identify integration needs and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Manages Vendor Relationships: Collaborates with third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to SLAs.
  • Provides Training and Support: Develops training materials for team members and end-users.

 

Must have Skills
  • Familiarity with Retail Middleware Systems: Experience with platforms like SPS Commerce, Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, and CommerceHub.
  • Expertise in Middleware Integration Processes: Understands technical requirements for integrating retailer systems with internal platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Works collaboratively with internal IT, business, and vendor teams.
