Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborating with our development teams and product owners to plan and implement new CDN, Security, and Performance infrastructure using AWS and Akamai technologies.
• Emphasizing stability and performance, you'll manage routing, caching, DNS, and security components to support digital feature delivery.
• participate in team meetings, address technical risks, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
• Coordinate with Project Managers for timely feature delivery and reliable uptime during QA testing.
• Manage delivery configurations to enable new functionality in engineering projects. 
• Provide input on design and best practices throughout the development lifecycle. 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• 6 or more years of experience in a Web Performance or Web Development-related role.
• Experience in working with security products like SHAPE (F5), WAF, DDoS, and Bot Mitigation tools.
• Understanding of website analytics tools, synthetic monitoring, RUM tools like Blue Triangle or mPulse, and monitoring/alerting methodologies like Splunk.
  Experience in implementing Edge/Workers, API, and automation.
• Good understanding of web technologies (HTTP, SSL, Headers, Cookies, TCP, Caching).
  
• Advanced knowledge of Cloudflare, Akamai, or other CDN solutions.
