User administration: Managing user accounts, access rights, and permissions

Required Techinical Skills
5 years of Java experience (but open to .Net/ Python/ Scala) or at least 3 years of experience in with master’s degree in computer science or related field.
IT Service Management (ITSM) experience
Cloud environment deployment experience – relates to large scale environments, but also “how can we measure and tune” verse guessing at configurations settings, understanding contain builds and how they run in Kubernetes
Understanding system and application memory and CPU patterns
Understand the data we collect in AppD and Grafana, and be able to answer questions like “are we healthy and stable”?
Having strong Linux skills – Being able to access containers, processes, and debug directly on systems
Required Soft Skills
Good communication, problem solver, prioritization, works well within a team and can perform on their own.
Need a very strong problem manager. Someone who is willing to dive into problems that are technical in nature and bring the right SME’s together to discuss, document, and assign actions with strict timelines.
Presentation skills required to be able to present monthly metrics on incidents, problems, changes, and AZDO RCA stories.
Capable leader to lead meetings with multiple teams and SME’s.
Required Education & Experience
Requires a college or university degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in application support.
eCommerce experience, especially HCL Commerce version 9
