Roles and Responsibilities

• Quickly learn and operate multiple internal engineering and documentation tools.
• Review Product Design Checklists and engineering drawings for common errors such as legacy notes, typos, or missing BOM items.
• Collaborate with engineer DRIs to ensure all design feedback is properly addressed and incorporated.
• Use MarkUp tools in PLM systems (e.g., TeamCenter) to communicate and document feedback.
• Verify that new drawing revisions implement all required changes.
• Review and manage middle revision ECOs, while initial and production releases are handled by project engineering teams.
• Support weekly ECO routing processes related to enclosure or hardware updates.
• Maintain strong organization, tracking, and follow-up across multiple concurrent programs.
• Communicate effectively using multiple platforms such as WebEx, Email, and Slack.
• Meet all required background checks to handle confidential product development information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
• Familiarity with PLM systems such as TeamCenter or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
