Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing programs across multiple platforms, products, and business units
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Business leaders to plan, track, and deliver testing milestones
• Create, maintain, and own holistic testing schedules, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams
• Track and report on multiple testing deliverables, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
• Provide biweekly and monthly executive updates, including Business Update Reviews (BURs)
• Present testing status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership, including VPs
• Ensure testing activities align with regulatory, compliance, and finance requirements (where applicable)

Required Skills

• Proven experience managing large-scale E2E testing programs or projects
• Strong project/program management skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
• Experience working within cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Hands-on experience with Rally and/or Jira for tracking and reporting
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Ability to manage testing efforts across multiple platforms and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Finance, Regulatory, or Compliance domains
• Background working in complex enterprise environments with distributed teams
