Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the team to adhere to Agile principles for effective project execution.
• Monitor and track burndown charts, project milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with project personnel to identify issues and work towards their resolution in a proactive manner.
• Establish and execute a comprehensive project communication plan to ensure transparency and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain tools, processes, and solutions that drive efficiency and ensure smooth project execution.
• Work closely with senior leadership to present progress, insights, and updates, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Develop and implement strategies for E-Commerce solutions, keeping up with relevant tools and technologies.

Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with CCW (Customer Care Workbench) and CCW-R (Customer Care Workbench for Returns) is essential (not required to be an SME).
• Strong understanding of adjacent tools and technologies in the E-Commerce space.
• Proven ability to design, analyze, and implement E-Commerce solutions, working as a Solution Analyst or in a Business Analysis capacity.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to maintain strong relationships with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
