Lead the design and implementation of eAutomate solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, develop technical specifications, and define project scope and timelines.
Provide hands-on technical expertise in eAutomate configuration, customization, and integration with other systems and applications.
Lead the development and maintenance of custom reports, workflows, and scripts to enhance eAutomate functionality and streamline business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to eAutomate functionality, performance, and integration with external systems.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party consultants to leverage external expertise and resources as needed.
Required Qualifications/Skills
Proven experience as an eAutomate Technical Lead or similar role, with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience.
Deep understanding of eAutomate architecture, modules, and functionality, including but not limited to inventory management, service contracts, billing, and reporting.
Proficiency in eAutomate customization and scripting languages, such as VBScript and SQL, for workflow automation and customization.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Knowledge of managed print services (MPS) industry and related technologies is a plus.
