• Work with dev, platform engineering to finalize business KPI's logic for Observability Pilot, recommendations, solutions & establish success criteria.
• Execute business observability pilot for any identified critical user journeys.
• Drive implementation roadmap with milestones & continuous improvement opportunities.  
• Present the solutions to customer Leadership team, articulate the recommendations and the need to implement them to improve the reliability of Applications.
• Set up a guard rails to ensure that the existing monitoring problems are addressed by working along with the platform owners.
• Leverage CoE’s to bring new solutions, thought leadership, opportunities to increase reliability of the applications.
• Share standards & best practices and experiences from similar engagements.
• Create a strong governance for each workstream, ensure the execution is as per expectations.
• Participate in Weekly/Monthly stakeholders meeting.
• Conduct system performance engineering to ensure system reliability, capacity and scalability.
• Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions.

 

Required Skills

• Good programming experience with any program languages at least 3 years.
• Experience with Agile/ Waterfall development methodologies MS Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, & Word)
• Extensive knowledge and experience of Performance monitoring tool - Dynatrace
