Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Finance & Operations, or Business Central)
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical specifications
• Customize forms, views, workflows, and business process flows
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, and integrations with external systems using Power Platform, .NET, and Azure
• Perform data migrations and manage system upgrades
• Ensure high-performance, scalable, and secure coding practices
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and QA testers
• Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates, releases, and best practices

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM, F&O, or BC)
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, .NET Framework, and Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience with Dynamics 365 SDK, Web Services, OData, and REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
• Familiarity with DevOps, ALM, and source control tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
