We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 AMS Lead to manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications within an AMS model.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide AMS support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Online preferred), ensuring system stability, performance, and security.
- Perform incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Handle service requests, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Monitor environments, perform proactive health checks, and manage patching and version upgrades.
- Develop and maintain customizations including entity and form customizations, plug-ins, custom and OOB workflows, Ribbon Workbench, SSRS reports, and security configurations.
- Provide technical expertise for Dynamics 365 integrations with enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize tickets and ensure SLA adherence.
- Maintain documentation and provide knowledge transfer and training to client teams.
Required Experience & Skills
- 8+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and support.
- Strong coding and debugging skills in Dynamics 365 customization and development.
- Experience working in AMS or production support environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
