DSO Application And Testing Architect

Roles and Responsibilities

• Architect DSO applications (DMS, OMS, SCADA, DER integration)
• Define and execute end-to-end testing strategies (functional, integration, performance)
• Lead system integration across utility platforms (AMI, GIS, SCADA)
• Implement test automation and CI/CD validation
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and reliability requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in application architecture/testing in utilities or energy domain
• Strong knowledge of DSO operations and smart grid systems
• Experience with DMS, OMS, SCADA, AMI, or GIS
• Proficiency in Python/Java and test automation frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with standards (IEC 61850, CIM, IEEE)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
