Develop smart contracts/chaincode and transaction processing logic across permissioned and public DLT platforms based on business use cases.
Define and implement ledger data models, consensus mechanisms, identity frameworks, and access-control policies.
Integrate DLT platforms with core banking systems, payment gateways, financial applications, and compliance/regulatory tools.
Implement participant onboarding processes, certificate and key lifecycle management, and role-based access controls across network participants.
Build and maintain data pipelines for ledger event ingestion, reconciliation, audit reporting, and regulatory traceability.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and resilience of DLT nodes, peer communication layers, and ordering services.
Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and release governance processes for smart contracts and network configurations.
Develop observability and monitoring dashboards for transaction throughput, latency, finality metrics, and operational failures.
Troubleshoot and resolve distributed systems challenges including consensus failures, network partitioning, synchronization issues, and state divergence.
Collaborate with enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and security teams to implement encryption standards, privacy controls, and data residency requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams, integration specifications, operational procedures, and support runbooks.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to DLT best practices, governance standards, and reusable frameworks.
